The British Seagull Shop is now sold. The sale was completed on March 24/06 to Charles A. Stearns of Washington State.

Charles is an experienced boater, a seagull owner and has excellent technical skills in addition to a friendly, easy going personality. I'm pleased that he has purchased the business and that British Seagull UK has approved Charles as an Authorized Stockist of Seagull Parts.

Charles has recently purchased the British Seagull Shop on March 24th 2006 and over the next weeks websites, emails and inventory will be transferred to him. e-mail  The British Seagull Shop has been in continuous operation for 15 years and has been operated on the internet for the last six years.  We ship to customers all over the world and specialize in honest, friendly, personal service with good value and quality merchandise. Because of the sale of the business it will take several days for Charles to set up the inventory at his location and some initial delays in processing new orders can be expected.

Servers located in California, USA  Business registered  Washington State, USA 

Payment  Paypal is preferred. Its fast and free to the user. Other methods are checks, money orders, cash and bidbay (western Union). 
Mail outs : twice weekly according to volume. Service standard is airmail and expedited parcel post. 
Local Pickups/Repairs/Refurbished Engines Since closing down our warehouse and shop in July/05 we do not have local pickup or engine repair/tune up facilities.  All deliveries including local deliveries are by Canada Post and the USPS.
Business Hours: Being semi-retired, Charles sets his own hours according to volumes and usually takes the weekends and holidays off. The website is up 24hrs a day. Charles is not.
RUSH ORDERS  We do two or more mail outs a week depending on volume. Delivery is 1-3 weeks after payment depending on the postal service used. For speedy service we find that postal express is a very good value -about a half more than expedited parcel but still half of what a courier would charge! ( and did you know that even courier companies use the post office for inter city delivery!!!) 
Shipping, Packaging and Handling includes expenses such as the actual postage, invoicing, packaging, packaging materials, transport to the post office etc. 
Phone and Fax Service We operate on-line 24hours a day in all time zones and consequently phone and fax service is not available. (There is just me here!) Our email response time is excellent!
Privacy Policy- ALL customer information is kept private and confidential and is not sold, shared or exchanged.
